Got Milk? [infographic]

Now for some milky knowledge. Milk hits your grocery store in just two days, making it the freshest beverage. Humans over 9 years of age should drink 3 glasses of milk per day, which means I better get to the grocery and up my milk intake. Milk is also an excellent source of calcium, riboflavin, vitamin d, phosphorus, vitamin b-12 and many more. These health benefits just can’t be beat!
