Then Gabriel took Muhammad back down to the sixth level. Moses asked Muhammad: 'How many prayers has Abraham required you and your people to say each day?' 'Fifty,' replied Muhammad. Moses said: 'Prayer is a weighty matter, and you and your people are weak. Go back to Abraham, and ask him to reduce the number of prayers that you and your people must say to five.' Muhammad returned to Abraham; and after much pleading Abraham agreed.
