03. Snail Ooze Facial

05. Snake Venom Cream

Face cream made with the venom of an Asian snake is being billed as the latest antidote to wrinkles. The key ingredient is a synthetic version of the poison of the Temple Viper. Amino acids in the venom block nerve signals telling muscles to contract, which helps to stop wrinkles forming. Unlike Botox it allows the face movement and emotion, but lessens wrinkles and paralyses muscles which cause creases.

06. Bull Semen Hair Treatment

Manufecturors combine the sperm with the root of the protein-rich plant Katera. The protein-enriched potion is massaged into the client’s hair after it has been shampooed. Then the client is put under heat so the treatment penetrates the hair. The final step is the blow out, which gives the hair an awful lot of body, as well as shine.
Bull semen may be the latest attempt by hair manufacturers to find pure forms of protein that match the hair protein quantities in order to create the most effective hair care treatment.

They are used to help treat patients suffering from various skin disorders, including psoriasis and eczema, since the fish will eat and remove any dead skin. The practice is banned in several of the United States and Canadian provinces as cosmetology regulators believe the practice is unsanitary, with the Wall Street Journal claiming that “cosmetology regulations generally mandate that tools need to be discarded or sanitized after each use. But epidermis-eating fish are too expensive to throw away”.

08. Sheep Embryo Injections

Blondie singer Deborah Harry says her youthful looks are thanks to black sheep embryo injections she took 30 years ago. The 63-year old singer revealed that she had the cells of sheep injected into her at a Swiss clinic and they are still working for her, contactmusic.com reports. “I had these cells injected into me in my early 30s and it turned out that I was the youngest person to have the treatment. They would take (cells) from the liver, glands, bone and whatever. Whether that treatment lasted this long, I don’t know, but I feel great.”
